In real life Indonesian, the Indonesian language used in daily interactions by Indonesians is not the same as the textbook version. Over time, many slang terms have been created that are quite different from the formal language taught in textbooks. But on the other hand, there are slang terms taken from modified formal language.
What you will learn here, you will focus on learning how Indonesians speak, especially from the style of language, diction, and terms used. It is expected that you can implement what you have learned into your daily life and you will be able to fit into the local Indonesian community.
