3. Booking and Payments

• Trial classes are free, but must be booked through our official platform

• Full courses must be paid in advance or according to a payment plan (if offered)

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and selected payment platforms

• Prices may change but will always be communicated clearly before booking

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans can change. Our policy is:

• Trial Classes: Can be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice

• Paid Classes: Refunds are available only within the first 4 days of purchase for unused classes

• No refunds will be issued for missed or partially attended classes unless due to verified technical issues on our side

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, videos, illustrations, course materials, and branding—is the property of BasaBasa Learning Centre or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, record, or distribute any class materials

• Use our content for commercial purposes

• Claim our content as your own

6. Limitation of Liability
